We’re June and Logan–two midwestern speech pathologists that happen to enjoy cooking and baking. We’re interested in sharing easy, fun ideas to make healthy food appealing, without the additional demands of weight loss, exercise, and muscle building. In addition to sharing our favorite clean recipes, we will share tips and techniques to make healthy cooking a realistic and attainable part of your busy lifestyle.
Although our main focus is sharing tasty, healthy recipes, we will also provide tips for picky eaters (June has expertise working with children on the autism spectrum with sensory issues) and suggest modifications for specific diets (gluten-free, soy-free, etc.).
We know it’s cliche–but we are two real people, using real ingredients to create real food with real flavor. We can’t wait to share all of the discoveries, mistakes, and successes that are at the heart of the home-cooking process.
