Egg Bake


I entertain a lot and love to have breakfast items that are bake or make ahead so I can spend more time with my guests.  This is a perfect item to have at your next brunch or breakfast event or holiday!

Egg Bake

  • 18 eggs
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 6 oz container of Greek yogurt
  • Add: vegetables, meat, and cheese to your liking.  I added bacon, pork and mushrooms.

Beat eggs until frothy then add milk and yogurt.  Continue beating you want this to rise nicely in the oven.  Add your veggies and meat as your taste desires.  Mix again and pour into a 13×9 dish.

Refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes.
